Traditional broadcasting schools, as well as most sports broadcasting schools, are normally brick-and-mortar facilities, far aside from where real radio careers begin – inside real radio stations.

BMG's non-traditional broadcasting schools are aimed at a hands-on learner who excels in a learn-by-doing environment.

It is not just what you know, but WHO you know.

Once inside any of BMG's broadcasting schools, you will also be surrounded by the obligatory contacts you will have to get your foot in the door of this competitive industry.

Make no mistake about it: to destroy into the broadcasting industry, you will need influential contacts as part of your personal network.

No contacts = No broadcasting job. It's as simple as that.

Unlike traditional broadcasting schools, radio careers are successfully launched by BMG scholars due to our unique mentor apprentice model for learning. It is thru this one-on-one coaching is where you'll discover how to become an on-air radio broadcaster.

Some advantage's you can gain from using BMG's one-on-one, hands-on approach to learning radio broadcasting, are these:

  • Your mentor-instructor is a working broadcaster from the station in which you may train. ( Hint – he knows the program director )
  • You choose the radio station in which your coaching will occur
  • Your coaching days and times are set by you
  • You decide whether to train as a DJ, talk show host, sportscaster or newscaster.

Whether you would like to train at a Rock, reports, or Sports radio station, BMG will place you in a format and radio station of your choice for training.

It's not relevant if you are in the Big Apple, Florida, or California, as long as there are radio stations near you, one of BMG's broadcasting schools is nearby.

Here's how you're BMG coaching works:

  1. you may submit 5 radio station preference's for training
  2. You will make sure we know whether you can train evenings, weekends, mornings – or any time.
  3. BMG will set up an interview for you with a broadcaster from one of your station preference's, who is available for coaching when you are.
  4. If accepted for training by your mentor-instructor, that broadcaster will be your mentor and that station your 'classroom.'

BMG offers 3 and half year training programs.

BMG's broadcasting schools coaching program offers three-month radio broadcasting schools as well as a six-month broadcasting school training program.
